Cancellation Policy
At Cades Home, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or modify your order, and this policy outlines how cancellations are handled.
1. Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- To cancel an order, please email us at info@cadeshome.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
- If the order has not been processed, your cancellation will be confirmed, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still initiate a return after delivery (as per our Return & Refund Policy).
2. Order Modifications
If you wish to modify your order (change item, color, size, or address):
- Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Once your order is processed or shipped, modifications cannot be made.
3. Cancellations After Dispatch
Once an order is dispatched or marked as “In Transit,” it cannot be cancelled.
You may, however, return the product after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
In such cases, shipping charges and handling fees may apply and will not be refunded.
4. Prepaid & COD Orders
Prepaid Orders: Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the same payment method used during checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If cancelled before dispatch, no payment will be charged. However, repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the suspension of COD services for your account.
5. Out-of-Stock or Cancelled by Cades Home
In rare cases where an ordered product becomes unavailable or cannot be delivered:
- We will inform you immediately via email or phone.
- You may choose a replacement product or receive a full refund.
6. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
