2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once approved, please ship the item to our designated return address.
- Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification confirming the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery fees, or customs duties (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size (subject to availability):
- Please email info@cadeshome.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Once the original item is returned and approved, we will ship the replacement product.
- Shipping charges may apply for exchange orders.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
