- All Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
- Selected International Destinations available upon request or as displayed at checkout.

2. Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
- Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeframes Within UAE:
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days (major cities)
- Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
- International Orders: Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

4. Shipping Charges
- Within UAE: Flat rate or free shipping (depending on promotions).
- International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.
- Real-time tracking updates until delivery is completed.
