6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items in original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged on arrival.

Customized or clearance items are non-returnable.
